Assembly as an integrated part of the production flow

At TORA, assembly is not an isolated process but an integrated part of the entire production flow.

The assembly process starts already in the planning phase.

Design and engineering check

  • review of tolerances
  • control of interfaces between components
  • ensuring fit between parts produced in multiple process areas
  • assessment of assembly friendliness

Production plan

  • coordination between laser, bending, CNC, welding and surface treatment
  • ensuring sequence for part production
  • forecasting assembly chains
  • handling critical dimensions and tolerances

Logistics flow and packaging system

  • components placed in logical sequence
  • minimization of interfaces
  • marking of all parts
  • assembly-optimized packing when modules are delivered in sets

This structure ensures that when components reach the assembly area, all necessary data, tolerances and parts are controlled and ready to be assembled.

Montage i praksis – hvad I som kunde får ud af det

Når TORA håndterer montage, opnår I:

  • Færre interne procesled
  • Lavere risiko for fejl i jeres produktion
  • Ensartede moduler klar til jeres system
  • Langt mindre håndtering
  • Hurtigere installation hos jer eller jeres kunder
  • Færre leverandører involveret i én enhed
  • Bedre kontrol med kvalitet og dokumentation
  • Mere stabil styring af tolerancer

Montage reducerer også den tid, jeres teknikere skal bruge på at samle komponenter før test eller levering.
